Strengthen defenses

A well-functioning immune system allows us to ward off many threats. However, if our immune system is weak, we become susceptible. A weakened immune system can, however, be strengthened again.

Get enough sleep

Ensure you get enough sleep. The body detoxifies during sleep.

Enjoy fruits and vegetables

Consume fruits and vegetables raw or steamed rather than cooked. Raw fruits and vegetables are rich in cell-protective antioxidants. Eat as many different colored fruits and vegetables as possible. Berries, cabbage, and broccoli are particularly beneficial, as are nuts, garlic, seaweed, and spirulina. Spirulina is a blue-green algae that is highly nutritious and considered a natural, exceptionally digestible, and complete food. Additionally, you may consider taking Vitamin B12.

Water, water, water

Remember to drink plenty of water. Water flushes toxins from the body.

Get fresh air

Spend a lot of time outside and engage in physical activity in fresh air.
