  • Take 20 ml once a day with the measuring cup. Use half dosage for children from 4–14 years. Store in the fridge after opening and consume within 2 weeks. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Stand standing. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the specified recommended daily consumption quantity. Store outside the range of small children. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for pregnant women.
