  • Take 20 ml with the measuring cup once a day in the evening. Use half dosage for children from 4–14 years. Store in the fridge after opening and consume within 2 weeks. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Stand standing. Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption quantity. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Store outside the range of small children. Shake well before use.
